Method
- 01Rinse the rice until the water runs mostly clear.
- 02Combine with measured water and a pinch of salt in a heavy pan.
- 03Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat to lowest setting.
- 04Cook 12 minutes. Rest 10 minutes off the heat, covered.
- 05Fluff with a fork.
